I am a Chico-based mobile notary public serving Butte County and nearby areas, including Chico, Paradise, Durham, Oroville, Forest Ranch, and surrounding communities. Since 2022, I have completed more than 300 signings, including real estate documents, loan signing appointments, powers of attorney, living trusts, deeds, affidavits, consent forms, law firm intake paperwork, and general notary appointments.

My goal is to make the notarization process simple, accurate, and professional from start to finish. I understand that many documents are time-sensitive, especially real estate and financial documents, so I focus on being punctual, prepared, and detail-oriented at every appointment.

I am NNA Certified, background screened, Loan Signing System Certified, bonded, and insured with $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions coverage. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Chico State, which has strengthened my commitment to clear communication, professionalism, and excellent client service.

As a mobile notary, I meet clients at convenient locations such as homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, law firms, and other agreed-upon meeting places. I take accuracy seriously and make every effort to carefully review documents for signatures, dates, initials, and proper notarial completion before the appointment is finished. If a document is ever affected by an unintentional error on my part, I offer free corrections or a full refund.
